1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at plinkosolutions.com and information you provide when you contact Plinko Solutions Inc. through links or forms associated with the website.

Client projects, managed systems, assessments, and other paid services may involve additional privacy, security, data-processing, or confidentiality terms in a separate written agreement. Those specific terms govern where they conflict with this website policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

We may receive your name, email address, company name, role, business needs, meeting details, and any other information you include when you book a conversation, send us an email, or otherwise contact us.

Website and device information

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.

Assessment responses

The maturity assessment on this website runs in your browser. The current website does not transmit or store your answers on a Plinko server. If you later choose to discuss the result with us, you decide what to share.

Third-party services

Booking links lead to Cal.com, and social links may lead to LinkedIn. Those services collect information under their own privacy policies. Web fonts may be delivered by Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information.

3. How we use information

We use information only where reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule conversations;
  • understand whether Plinko services may fit your business needs;
  • prepare, deliver, support, and improve agreed services;
  • operate, troubleshoot, protect, and measure the reliability of the website;
  • maintain business, security, and legal records; and
  • comply with applicable law or enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the current website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. When information is shared

We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us host the website, schedule meetings, communicate, maintain records, or protect our systems. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to their contractual or legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Plinko, our clients, or others; in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets; or with your direction or consent.

Some providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

5. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal or security obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information and context.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or ask questions about our privacy practices.

To make a request, email jon@plinkosolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the appropriate provincial privacy authority if you have an unresolved concern.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card data, health information, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary website inquiry or email unless we have agreed on an appropriate secure channel.

8. Children

This business website is intended for adults acting in a commercial or professional capacity. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page.
